About Us
Formerly known as Gary Memorial Hospital, the name was changed to St. Martin Hospital as of September 18, 2000. We became an affiliate of Lafayette General Medical Center at the same time.
On July 1, 2001, St. Martin Hospital became a critical access hospital.
